A property owner who desires to donate property to the Rome-Floyd County Land Bank Authority (RFLBA) should complete this form and submit it to the Land Bank Authority Manager by filling out the Google form below. You may also contact the Manager at acarter@romega.us or by mail at P.O. Box 1433 Rome, GA 30162-1433.

The Land Bank Authority Manager will review the information and may contact the owner to gain additional details, if necessary. The Manager will bring the information before the Land Bank Authority Board and the Community Development Director. They will determine if the acceptance of the property will further the goals of the RFLBA.
