Love Letter to Toronto's Food & Food Makers
As we think about strategies for our food system that recognize the diversity that this program celebrates, it’s also important to pause and recognize that at the heart of much our food systems are human interactions. We want to learn about and record these interactions, we want to learn about our current food system and think about its future (post-pandemic) through you.

As we recognize that Toronto will be “dishing up” very differently in the future, and will continue to do so for the coming months. We want to encourage awareness and understanding about migrant settlement experiences and the role that food plays in those experiences, and to encourage public dialogue around inclusion and equity for newcomers to Toronto.

We ask that you reflect on your experiences of Toronto's food, and most importantly the people behind it.

You can use the following questions for inspiration but can also get creative with your response (there is no need to answer all of the questions).

Please write your Love Letter to Toronto's Food & Food Makers (100 words or less per question) in at least one of the text text boxes below, and if you know who or where you're writing about, share their details with us so that we can share your letter with them!
