Parent Choice for Plan A or Remote Instruction for Quarter 2
Parents,
On September 28, the Davidson County Board of Education decided to begin Plan A (no reduced capacity for numbers of students in person) for grades K-5 on October 19.  At the October 5 Board of Education meeting, a decision to attend in-person either 4 days per week or 5 days per week will be made.

In order for board members to make this decision, our school must have a commitment from each parent for each child to plan for maintaining the remote instruction option for those who choose. By completing this form, you are committing to your child's placement to either IN-PERSON instruction or REMOTE instruction for the entire 2nd quarter (October 19 through December 22).  PLEASE COMPLETE ONE FORM FOR EACH ELEMENTARY AGED CHILD ATTENDING OUR SCHOOL.
