Non-trading Boat Application Form

Due to the festival's growing popularity, we are asking all boats interested in attending to apply in advance.

  • Apply by Monday, 1st July, 2024 to be considered (applications may be closed sooner depending on demand)
  • Successful applicants will be notified via email before Monday, 8th July, 2024.

Event Details:

Mooring Fees:

  • Non-trading Boats: No charge (booking still required).

Mooring Information:

  • Trade boats will be grouped together to promote a market atmosphere between the Nickelodeon public house and New Cross Bridge.
  • Non-trading boats will be moored the other side of New Cross Bridge towards Deans Road Bridge.
  • Entrants agree to comply/abide by the Wednesfield Canal Festival terms and conditions of entry (see below).

Terms & Conditions
  • Entrants must agree to comply/abide by the Wednesfield Canal Festival terms and conditions of entry.
  • This entry covers the boat named. Any changes must be notified and agreed with Wednesfield Canal Festival prior to the event. No refunds will be made for cancellation or non-attendance.
  • Wednesfield Canal Festival reserves the right to refuse any entry.
  • Toilets must not be discharged into the waterway.
  • Moorings are at the absolute discretion of Wednesfield Canal Festival and may be changed at
    any time. Wednesfield Canal Festival reserves the right to move any boat from the moorings
    prior to and/or during the festival should the need arise.
  • Wednesfield Canal Festival cannot be held responsible for any damage to persons or property however caused.
