California Intercollegiate Chess League Online Registration (2020/2021)
You only need to fill out this form ONCE before participating in any Online CICL Tournament, and our events are open to all college students, alumni, and faculty/staff from any California colleges/universities. No need to fill out the form again if you previously registered for CICL Summer/Fall Arena, 4th Annual CICT, or the Halloween/Thanksgiving Tournaments (unless you wish to change schools).

The California Intercollegiate Chess Tournament (CICT) is the largest annual intercollegiate chess tournament for California college students and has been hosted by UCLA since 2017 through collaboration with all member colleges in the California Intercollegiate Chess League (CICL). This year's 5th Annual CICT will be fully online and hosted on chess.com (https://www.chess.com/club/california-intercollegiate-chess-league-cicl). The tournament will take place Saturday May 1st from 1-5PM PT. In addition to recognizing the individual winners, this is a team tournament to officially crown the strongest college in California! The Top 4 Players from each school will contribute to their school’s team score and the highest scoring team will be named the 2021 California Intercollegiate Chess Champion.
