Fundraising Committee – The committee coordinates all of the fundraising efforts of the foundation including the development plan, working with the Marketing and Communications Committee to promote opportunities, and making sure donors are being reached. This committee crafts donor communications and works in our donor database to update donor records.

Be A Star Taskforce – This is the annual chapter fundraising campaign. Members of this taskforce reach out to chapter leaders to promote the campaign and secure donations from the 50 GPA chapters, with help from the larger board. The leader of this taskforce sits on the Fundraising committee.

Silent Auction Taskforce – GPF's signature event and something everyone looks forward to at the Grant Summit. The taskforce works from May until September to secure items for the auction. Work includes reaching out to chapters, previous auction donors, and working with the Google platform to update and help track what items have been received. Following the auction items that need to be shipped are sent out by one or more committee members. The leader of this taskforce sits on the Fundraising committee.

Scholarships Committee – This committee coordinates the membership and conference scholarship process including emailing applicants, answering questions, promoting the scholarship opportunities, and making the final review for awards. In addition, one or more members of this committee will assist with coordinating with the scholars to arrange for time to volunteer at the Grant Summit.

Nomination and Board Development Committee – This committee works on recruiting new board members, orienting those board members, and facilitating any professional development for the board. The committee also works on governance matters.

Marketing and Communications Committee – Members of this committee get the word out about GPF. From announcing scholarships are open on social media, to promoting the profession on International Grant Professionals Day, to getting the word out about auction items during the Grant Summit, this committee is where the creative people hang out.

Website Redesign Taskforce – This taskforce will work with the selected web developer to update the GPF website and integrate any necessary tools or functionality. The leader of this taskforce will serve on the Marketing and communications Committee.

Research Grants Taskforce – Born out of conversations held at the 2022 annual conference, this taskforce will explore how GPF could begin offering small research grants to advance the profession and what that might look like.
