Job Application
Dear prospective Furst Spartan,

You are here right now because someone on our team (Maybe you) has successfully convinced the management team about your skills in certain areas of needs of the company, oh, the startup. Furst Spark is not the new guy on any block or estate, it has been in existence since 2015 and officially in 2018, 3 long years of determining whether it was worth a 100%...if you do not already know what this means, welcome, I hope you will soon find out once you get in.

Working here means you want to grow. Few heads up and they are not more than these actually.

You are here because you want to gain hands on experience in your chosen career path or role.
If it doesn't make sense after 2 weeks, resign with peace of mind and get your pay.

While this is an internship role where you learn enough to build your portfolio and track record for you to be able to apply to work with the big guys with fatter cheques, helping to build this startup means you are definitely earning more and if you cherish working with those you love, on what you love, then you are welcome to stay. 3 long months means confirmation and increased pay. The base pay for your role is 20,000Naira, it's simply for data stipend and please don't convert to dollars we will both cry. We are just coming up and we will be paying interns the standard pay if we were earning more. We actually want to earn more, that's why we are bringing you onboard. If this sounds like trash you, no problem, you can turn back at this point.
Actually, if you have a growth mindset, you can earn up to 100k extra in commission payouts.

I love working with those who take initiatives, when you get your JD don't expect anyone to breathe down your neck on what to do, you've been given what you do, get creative and start doing. Don't worry, there's onboarding and you will understand more about the business and your role in that session.

I believe so much in learning, I prefer working with people who are growing towards a defined career path, that way it becomes easier to recommend learning resources. Working at Furst Spark means you are learning regularly. There are courses to finish every month and books to read as well.

I cherish work life balance, actually, the questions on this form will determine if you prioritize same. You only get to work 4 hours per day, and this is not because I'm not paying you a fat check, you actually need to rejuvenate yourself in every dimension and working long hours can't give you that freedom.

At Furst Spark, you are taken care of so you can prioritize our clients, their investment, no matter how little means a lot to us, so their work can't be treated with levity.

Please if you are not open minded, don't bother applying. This startup works by faith and not by sight. We are largely Christians and we try to show that in our works. As open minded people, we welcome people of other faiths if they don't have issues with God and Jesus. Be ready to unlearn, learn and relearn.

Let me not bore you with some details you'd consume later, and rather focus on why you are here. We want to find out if you are someone we need. And this has very little to do with your skillset and 90% about you as a person. Your goals, values, what drives you and what does not.
We might not have a huge paycheck for you yet, but because we are also driving towards that direction, we need to be sure of our team not losing focus along the line, you know, eyes on the big bag, and it contains more than gold.

I encourage you to answer all questions, which are very few by the way, in all honesty. If you lie, just a little bit, it is the most obvious way of cheating yourself...

Why don't we dive just right now? Do not rearrange the words
