Description: The purpose of this self-assessment is to identify potential correlations between participant’s screen time usage and their job satisfaction and personal sense of vitality. Completing this online survey will take approximately ten to fifteen minutes. Your responses will be kept confidential. The survey questions allow you to assess your sleep, diet, exercise, and screen-time usage habits.We will keep your information confidential.
