Most items may be checked out for a maximum of two weeks. If you desire to check something out for longer, fill out this form again. Books may be checked out for three months. Items will be delivered to you during the regular club meeting, or you can set up alternate delivery with any one of the PFC officers by sending them a message on Discord. You should return them in the same way: at a regular meeting, or set up an alternate return.
If you would like to purchase an item from PFC, message the club treasurer on Discord: @shadowthorn15. If items fail to be returned, you may be required to pay to replace them.
All items must be returned by the end of the semester, unless you make special arrangements with a PFC officer.
