Wish Jerry a Happy Retirement!
 
M3AAWG Night Out in San Francisco, 2020 will be on Wednesday, February 19.  The theme of the evening will be “Happy Retirement, Jerry”.  Membership will have the opportunity to wish Jerry well in his retirement after 15 years with M3AAWG.
We are offering Night Out Sponsorship for $5,000 to all member companies, the  sponsorship will include;

Logo in the Chairman’s Opening
Logo on signage by Registration desk Monday – Thursday
Logo on signage the evening of the Night Out.

M3AAWG will be handing all the printed materials for the M3AAW Night Out, to be included you will need to confirm sponsorship and provide a high resolution logo in .eps format  no later than January 13, 2020.

Have your company name appear on the name badge for each attendee. The badges are worn during the entire meeting.

Increase your visibility by branding the hotel keycard that attendee hotel guests will using countless times to enter and exit their hotel room.  Get placement right in their hands, from the time they check in to the time they leave  San Francisco.

Have your company recognized as an overall meeting sponsor for a day. Your sign will be place in high traffic area in the meeting space to show your company is a M3AAWG partner and member.

Who doesn’t need internet access during the meeting? Your company's name and logo will be seen by everyone every day by each device they use to access the internet while in the meeting space.

Your company logo projected in prominent area of meeting space Tuesday through end of day Thursday.

This meet up banner is used for everyone who needs a designated meeting place. It is tall and stands out with the M3AAG logo and colors, let’s add your name and logo to it!

This banner is up Monday through end of day on Thursday.

Sponsor to provide a small sign with company name/logo to adhere to the banner (approx.  24" x 16" ) otherwise we will print an 8.5x11 sheet.  

Rise and shine, time to fuel up for a productive day! Be recognized via signage as a M3AAWG partner during the 90 minute breakfast.

1 sign in the lunch area during your event (see Sign Specs below)
Option for prize drawing or giveaways (see Prize Drawing or Giveaways)
Who doesn't LOVE their coffee? - Includes Coffee Cup Sleeves with your Company Logo, if you sign up by (January 31, 2020)

Everyone is ready for a break! Time to catch up with co-workers or M3AAWG friends. Be recognized via signage as a M3AAWG partner during the 60 minute lunch break.

All signage is created by sponsor and shipping of signs to the meeting is the responsibility of the sponsor, with the exception of the Night Out signage which is provided by M3AAWG.  M3AAWG will provide you with specific ship to address information. Please contact Dina Tassell at Dina@m3aawg.org
Forward any shipping details to Dina@m3aawg.org (number of pkgs/tracking info, etc.) so we can ensure packages are delivered to the M3AAWG office at the hotel.
Signs should be One 3ft x 2ft Foam Core Poster board to sit on an easel or One self-standing banner
Wording should be “M3AAWG 48th Meeting (i.e. Lunch) Sponsored by (ABC Company)” with your member company name/ logo)

Holding a prize drawing or having items for a giveaway is completely optional to the sponsor.  If you choose to do one of these;
One drawing and one gift per event.  
All items to be provided by sponsor.
Giveaways and gifts must be available onsite at the meeting
If you choose to provide t-shirts as your company giveaway, please be sure to include women’s sizes to ensure all members are supported
