Form due one day before festival.  Students usually are required to stay at performances until a specified time on the event itinerary, at which time Parents and Students would meet up with a Band Director to check students out before leaving with a parent.

 - Failure to follow any of the procedures detailed on this form may result in disciplinary action and loss of privileges.
