Art/ Craft/ Agriculture Vendor Sign Up Harvest Festival & Tractor Show
Thank you for signing up to be a part of the Franklin Farm's Harvest Festival & Tractor Show.  Makers & Doers such as local craft, art and agricultural vendors are welcome!

Fee per vendor due on registration: $50.00. Payable by PayPal  or a check sent to HMFFPA Harvest Festival, PO Box 7943, Cumberland, RI 02864.  

This is an outdoor event for local handmade crafters and artists only! Vendors are responsible for providing their own table(s), chair(s), signs and 10' X 10' pop up tent (if desired).  Location of tents is on our beautiful fields with full sun and, at times, wind exposure. All tents MUST have 30 lb. weights firmly attached to EACH leg for a total of 120 lbs. If you do not have weights for your tent, you will NOT be allowed to set up. Set up can begin as early as 8 am.  All cars must be parked in the designated parking lot by 9:30 AM and will not be allowed to enter late. 

Please note that if this event is cancelled or moved to our rain date of Sunday, September 28th, notice will be given on our social media sites by Friday evening by 5pm

I UNDERSTAND and AGREE that the Historic Metcalf Franklin Farm (aka Franklin Farm, Friends of Franklin Farm) to the following:  Applicant assumes all risk for any loss, damage or injury to himself/herself or his/her property by agreeing to participate in the Harvest Festival & Tractor Show (HFTS), 142 Abbott Run Valley Road, Cumberland, RI. HFTS shall in no way be liable for any damage to property or any personal injury to any applicant or persons employed or authorized by applicants to occupy or use Applicants assigned retail space including all common areas available to Applicant.   Tent/ Vendor spaces shall be assigned by authorized HFTS personnel who reserve the right to remove, without refund of any portion of the entrance fee, any vendor who is disruptive, unprofessional or selling unapproved items. Determinations under this provision will be made by authorized HFTS personnel and HFTS reserves the right to remove any vendor from the premises with or without cause.  Applicant agrees to be present for the full duration of the HFTS event  running for the hours of 10:00 am to 4:00 p.m. Vendor/ Artisan displays may not be broken down nor be closed or vacated prior to the end of the event.   Applicant agrees that any and all photos submitted with his/her Harvest Festival & Tractor Show application may be reproduced for publicity purposes as HFTS determines.  By submitting this application, the Applicant hereby releases HFTS, both as business entities and individually and their successors, assigns, officers, employees and agents from all claims, demands, actions or causes of action that the Applicant may acquire against them arising out of or in any way connected with the Applicant's participation. *
