This is an outdoor event for local handmade crafters and artists only! Vendors are responsible for providing their own table(s), chair(s), signs and 10' X 10' pop up tent (if desired). Location of tents is on our beautiful fields with full sun and, at times, wind exposure. All tents MUST have 30 lb. weights firmly attached to EACH leg for a total of 120 lbs. If you do not have weights for your tent, you will NOT be allowed to set up. Set up can begin as early as 8 am. All cars must be parked in the designated parking lot by 9:30 AM and will not be allowed to enter late.
Please note that if this event is cancelled or moved to our rain date of Sunday, September 28th, notice will be given on our social media sites by Friday evening by 5pm
