The Collective Artisan Market: Vendor Application | December 7, 2019 | 10a-4p

The Collective Market will be held at The Civic Center in La Porte, IN. Set up will be on Friday, December 6th, from 2:00-6:00pm CST, and the day of the market, Saturday, December 7th, from 8:00-9:45am CST. Please complete all answers. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
NOTE- This is an Artisan + Vintage Market, and ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE HANDCRAFTED, UPCYCLED OR VINTAGE. This is also a juried market, and you will be notified within two weeks if you have been accepted. If accepted, you will receive an invoice via the email address you provided. The invoice is due upon receipt, and booths will not be held until the invoice is paid.
Vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 9:45am on the day of the event. Additionally, all vendors and their supplies, must be out of the building by no later than 5:30pm following the close of the market. Vendors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax. Vendors must provide all supplies needed for set up. Vendors must keep their area clean and in good order at all times.
Additionally, all supplies (chairs, tables, product, etc.) must be contained within the booth space purchased. If your set up exceeds the assigned space, you will be asked to adjust your set up. Due to safety concerns, no exceptions will be made. All vendor property must remain fully intact until the event has officially ended. Taking down your booth prior to the official closing time of the event is not permitted. All Vendor equipment must be dismantled and removed from the grounds at the conclusion of the event. Only one business per booth will be permitted.
