Fast Break 2020-21 Travel Tryouts
If your child is interested in trying out for our Travel program, please complete the following form:

Travel tryouts are scheduled for the week of October 12th. Specific dates will be posted on our website and Facebook page. You do NOT need to sign up for rec basketball at this time if you only plan to try out for travel however you do need to fill out this form.

Please check the chart below to make sure your child is eligible to play.

U14 DOB between 8/1/2006 and 7/31/2007
U13 DOB between 8/1/2007 and 7/31/2008
U12 DOB between 8/1/2008 and 7/31/2009
U11 DOB between 8/1/2009 and 7/31/2010
U10 DOB between 8/1/2010 and 7/31/2011
