Decals will not be issued to commercial vehicles without Board of Directors permission.
First-time residents receive up to two (2) decals at no charge with valid documents.
Photocopies or pictures of supporting documents (lease agreements, driver's licenses, and government-issued vehicle registration cards) must be emailed to Luke@IMCchs.com.
If you are not a new homeowner, payment in the form of a check or money order payable to Park Recreation Development must be made. Decals cost $25 a piece.
In instances where residents purchase new vehicles but already have a decal for an old vehicle, please place the decal for the old vehicle in an envelope addressed to Luke Stampfle and leave it at the guard shack for a no-cost decal for the new vehicle.
