Please complete this form to request a vehicle decal. Decals are required for vehicle identification within our community. Note that decals will not be issued unless all required fields are completed, and the necessary supporting documents are provided.

Important Instructions
  • Only one decal will be issued per vehicle.
  • Decals will not be issued to commercial vehicles without Board of Directors permission.
  • First-time residents receive up to two (2) decals at no charge with valid documents.
  • Photocopies or pictures of supporting documents (lease agreements, driver's licenses, and government-issued vehicle registration cards) must be emailed to Luke@IMCchs.com.
  • If you are not a new homeowner, payment in the form of a check or money order payable to Park Recreation Development must be made. Decals cost $25 a piece.
  • In instances where residents purchase new vehicles but already have a decal for an old vehicle, please place the decal for the old vehicle in an envelope addressed to Luke Stampfle and leave it at the guard shack for a no-cost decal for the new vehicle.

  • Driver’s license(s)
  • Current vehicle registration(s)
  • License plate number(s)
  • For Tenants: 1st page or pages of their lease showing the names of occupants and property address.
  • For New Owners: A copy of closing papers showing transfer of property.
  • For company-owned vehicles or leased vehicles, additional documentation as specified in the form.
