Child Family Health International is dedicated to transformative Global Health Education programs, research, and thought leadership emphasizing community leadership, global citizenship, and ethical engagement. CFHI partners with universities to help scale global health experiential education offerings and other mechanisms to expand global health curriculum. CFHI calls university partners "Academic Partners." CFHI Partners with schools, programs, departments and entire universities, depending on what is a mutual fit. We work with undergraduate, graduate, professional and post-graduate trainees and faculty. CFHI works with universities from around the world. We offer both in-person and virtual global health education programs. To see our program portfolio, visit:
CFHI is currently accepting applications for universities to join our network. Academic Partnership does not have a financial cost for universities, rather the investment is in time and bandwidth in order for the university faculty/administrators to get to know CFHI and vice versa. CFHI has an approach to global health experiences that emphasizes locally-led health systems, a balance between academic frameworks and organic community-based learning, asset-based engagement principles, and Fair-Trade Learning (to learn more about Fair-Trade Learning visit our partner, The Community Based Global Learning Collaborative that houses this initiative:
https://www.cbglcollab.org/ftl).
This application is non-binding, meaning it does not obligate you to partner with CFHI. Rather, it opens doors to conversations regarding partnership and collaboration.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: May 1, 2024
If you have questions or want to discuss more, please contact Dr. Jessica Evert, CFHI Global Medical Director at jevert@cfhi.org.
Thank you for your interest in partnering with CFHI!
