Support Our Women & Girls with Menstrual Equity Program (Volunteer Form)
Single Family Living is now accepting (VOLUNTEER) applications for distribution in feminine products. What is Menstrual Inequity? Many women and girls are suffering due to the lack of accessibility, miseducation of feminine care, and affordability of menstruating products in our communities.  We are joining the fight of advocacy and awareness for our girls that are suffering from Menstrual Inequity in the Tri-County Areas (Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne).

We are distributing sealed packages of (organic) tampons and/or pads sponsored by United Way of Southeastern Michigan. If your pre-teen or teen are in need of these products, please fill-out form below.

*If you are in the 8th-12th grade then please log your service hours for proof. A volunteer will contact you to pick up the items that you sorted.
