Glam On Demand New Artist Interest Form
Any artist filling out this form will need the following to be considered-
  • State Board License for Cosmetology or Esthetics (We offer Makeup, dry hairstyling, facials, lash lift/tint)
  • Liability Insurance Coverage (If you don't this one is inexpensive and adequate coverage https://www.insurebodywork.com/)
  • Must have the ability to work on all skin types/tones
  • Must be able to do simple hairstyling (no updos required but a plus)
  • Must have your own clean and professional kit
  • May work for yourself but not for another team and must want to work in a team environment and grow the team and with the team.
  • Must be willing to attend team events and classes
  • Must be willing to travel on site and to our studio in Spring City PA
  • Must always be on time and reliable
