To be considered for a full or partial retreat scholarship, please fill out the form below in its entirety. All applicants will receive a response in regards to their submitted information.

PLEASE NOTE: Scholarships apply directly toward weekend accommodations and do not include transportation costs to/from the retreat site. There is a $25.00 non-refundable administration fee to be paid by each scholarship recipient.
