2) Print a Permission Slip
3) Turn in 1st Payment from Sept 23 - 25th, along with signed Permission Slip to Mrs. Slade or Mrs. Locicero
Any checks / money orders received before filling out this online form will be returned until this online form is completed. Checks payable to "WHS Class of 2026"
