Please complete the following information in order for your pool fob to be activated for the 2022 pool season. If you prefer a paper copy, one can be downloaded from the Hawthorne Owner's Portal.

Hampton Ridge Community Members will be held responsible for the actions of their Family, Guests, and their Tenants, if applicable, while using the pool and adjacent facilities. FAILURE TO OBSERVE THESE RULES CAN RESULT IN IMMEDIATE  EXPULSION FROM THE FACILITY AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE LIFEGUARD ON DUTY OR MEMBER OF THE  HAMPTON RIDGE BOARD. ONGOING FAILURE TO OBSERVE THE RULES CAN ALSO RESULT IN THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY’S SUSPENSION FROM THE FACILITY FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SEASON.
