You hear from a student that Alice is upset because her partner lashed out at her. When you talk to her, she describes how, when they were working on the sprint, her partner Bob got frustrated and told her she was aggressive and condescending and rude, although she did not intend to be any of those things. She says she thought they were working through a difficult problem, and that he wasn't really listening to what she was saying. When you talk to Bob, he says that every time he had an idea, Alice shot it down and, even though he tried to adhere to her solutions, it wasn't working--so he got frustrated and lashed out. How would you work with these two students to get them moving together again on the sprint?
