Hill District Greenspace Restoration Survey
Scenic Pittsburgh is a nonprofit organization that focuses on preserving scenic beauty and ensuring that everyone can benefit from a community's scenic and historic assets. We have received a small grant from the Hunt Foundation to do some greenspace restoration in the Hill District neighborhood of Pittsburgh. We want to make sure this future space is useful to the community and helps meet people's needs, so we are asking you and your neighbors to recommend a few possible sites we should focus on, and let us know what kind of greenspace you'd like to see in your neighborhood.

We want to thank you in advance for sharing your time and ideas with us.

If you are aware of vacant or neglected lots in the Hill District you think would make good community greenspaces, please share them with us! You can tell us the closest cross streets, plus any other description of the site that you think would be useful.   *
What kind of greenspace do you think your neighborhood needs? Is it a place to walk, to sit, or for children to play? A place to walk your dog? Does your neighborhood need more trees, or would some kind of garden be better? *
Would you be interested in volunteering to help us clean up the site once we have one? *

Would you be interested in volunteering to help us maintain the site once it's created? *

WHAT NOW? We will post regular updates online at our website (scenicpittsburgh.org) and through the Hill District Stewards group. Please share the link to this survey with other community members so we can hear what they think. And thank you for your time!
