Coaching with Davit - Request a Session
Thank you for your interest in a coaching session. This form will not be shared with anyone - I will only use it to contact you to confirm a session your schedule. Your responses can be deleted promptly upon your request in accordance with the GDPR best practices. 

Your booking will be confirmed upon receiving a confirmation email and an invoice for the session payment.  If you cancel or reschedule a session up to 72  hours before the session, and you can get a full refund. You can also request to change the session timing up to 24 hours before the session or an event of an emergency.  Unfortunately, I would not be able to reimburse sessions in other cases.

I am happy to offer a sliding scale of pricing and offer discounted prices for those who can't afford a typical counseling price, and I am doing my best to keep our prices democratic. Just reach out with such request! 
 
At the same time, I reserve the right to increase the session pricing for all new clients - old clients will not be effect by such increases.
