Mini-grant expenses are reimbursed to your district upon completion of the mini-grant final report (narrative and fiscal). Mini-grant expenses are only reimbursed when appropriate documentation is submitted. Appropriate documentation includes paid receipts and invoices for project purchases and appropriate record keeping for personnel costs such as stipends. The following activities are not eligible for mini-grant funding per grant requirements.
1. Student clickers or automated response units
2. Certiport testing licenses or testing fees for students
3. Equipment purchases for teacher use
4. Student registration fees for competitions or conferences
5. Warranty or protection plans for equipment
6. Salary or stipend for non-certified staff to track or manage CTE student data
7. Supplies and materials for Consumer Education courses
8. Supplies and materials or fees associated with student organizations or clubs
9. Stipends or monetary compensation to students
10. Direct tuition payments for staff or students
11. Student transportation to and from home/serving school
