This form is used for dropping all days, dropping one or more days, or changing a schedule on a permanent basis.  Approval for adding a day(s) to a schedule is based on availability and must be obtained prior to completing this form by emailing the Early Childhood office at ecteam@northvilleschools.org.

Schedule changes take effect two weeks after this form is received in the Early Childhood office.

Any changes(including drops) after April 28, 2023 will incur a $50.00 processing fee per child (as stated in the Family Handbook).
