While this form is intended for attendees of the 2021 20Booksto50K Author Signing, those who will not be attending are invited to place orders for books.

I will be fulfilling orders in batches. The prices below are before shipping to you and do not include sales tax. If you live in California, you will be charged the appropriate amount of sales tax for your purchase.

If you wish to attend 20Booksto50K, and you can't preorder the books, please be aware you will be responsible for Nevada sales tax at the venue.

Please note that there are some titles that do not yet have print editions. As such, they do not have a price associated with the book. If you select one of these books, you will be contacted with the amount owed for those titles once the amount is available.

If you are interested in multiple copies of a title, you will be contacted by email for more information on your order.

Payments will be accepted by Paypal only. (We're sorry for the inconvenience.)

On gift orders, please note that it isn't possible to guarantee receiving dates at this time, although Christmas delivery is an option if a gift order is received no later than the end of August. (It can take 4-6 weeks to receive books once ordered.) Yes, the author, me, is doing the wrapping, thus the charge for supplies, time spent wrapping, etc. (I am a slow wrapper...)
