CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS | XVIII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2023
In lieu with the tremendous interest and participation shown by students across SOL for the upcoming and the  highly anticipated XVIII Internal Moot Court competition, 2023, The Moot Court Association, UPES is elated to announce that we are now accepting applications for volunteers from 1st to 4th year students in different sub-committees. 

Below are all the sub-committees that applicants may apply to - 
(I) Court Bailiff: Court Bailiff function as Officers of the Court in various competitions organized by the MCA.
(ii) Infrastructure: From books to bouquets, the infra committee ensures that all arrangements are pitch perfect.
(iii) Hospitality: Volunteers will be required to escort judges and teams, and to ensure that decorum is maintained during the Competition.
(iv) Documentation: All the paperwork and correspondence are handled by this committee.
(v) Media: Empower voices and make an impact by joining our media team - your creativity and dedication will shape narratives that resonate and leave a lasting impression.
(vi)Photography: Capturing the moments of the competition.


NOTE :

*Selection of applicants will be on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. The last date to apply is 5th October 2023.
*Students participating for the XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition MUST not apply as a volunteer.
