Full Year Aftercare Fees:
One to two days a week - $800 total
Three to five days a week - $1600 total
Drop-in rate - $25 per day
 
Full Year Precare 7:30- 8:20 a.m. (no cost if paying for aftercare)

Precare and Aftercare FAQ’s

If I’m just a few minutes late, will I be charged the full $25 drop in rate?  Yes. Children not retrieved by 3:40 will be sent to aftercare and charged $25. No exceptions.
 
Can I just pay for the time I use? This year, we have two price options: 1-2 days a week and 3-5 days a week.
 
Is there a refund if we don’t use time we paid for? Like tuition, your fees ensure that we are properly staffed every day. We are unable to refund for time paid for but not used.  This includes time missed due to an enrichment class or sports event.
 
What time is aftercare? 3:30-6 p.m.
 
What time is precare? 7:30-8:20 a.m. (If you arrive at 8 or later, there is no charge.)
 
What's the difference between enrichment and aftercare?  
Aftercare is a childcare service provided by the school for parents in need of after school supervision for their child. Children can enjoy a snack, play, and do homework if they would like. Enrichment programs are extracurricular activities provided by outside vendors at our school, such as chess and Tae Kwon Do. You can sign up for enrichment activities and sports throughout the year for additional fees posted for the activity.
 
I drive a middle school student who needs to be here at 7:50. Will I be charged for Precare for my elementary aged child? No. Precare is complimentary beginning at 7:50 if you are dropping off a middle schooler.
