Entry-Level Public Leader (elpl) - You must be working in the private or public sector with a minimum of Diploma. You must be interested in learning about public leadership. If you are not employed, please do not apply. Induction fee: N30, 000/$40, plus minimum Fled Endowment Pledge of N20, 000/$20
Associate Public Leader (apl) - You must be working in the private or public sector with a minimum of Diploma and not less than 5 years of full-time employment. HND/First degree will be an advantage. Induction fee: N60, 000/$70, plus minimum Fled Endowment Pledge of N40, 000/$40 .
Professional Public Leader (ppl) - You must be working in the private or public sector and possess a minimum of first degree/HND, and not less than 10 years post- graduation work experience. A master degree will be an advantage. Induction fee: N80, 000/$120, plus minimum Fled Endowment Pledge of N50, 000/$50.
Associate Fellow in Public Leadership (afpl)- You must be a senior officer working in the private sector or public sector. You must possess a minimum of Master Degree with no less than 15 years continuous full-time employment. Induction fee: N120, 000/$125, plus minimum Fled Endowment Pledge of N100, 000/$100.
Fellow in Public Leadership (fpl)- You must be a Senior leader-manager in private or public service, preferably at the Directorate Cadre. You must possess a minimum of Master Degree with no less than 25 years continuous full-time employment. A Ph.D is an advantage. Induction fee: N200, 000/$250, plus minimum Fled Endowment Pledge of N100, ooo/$100.
Honourary Fellow in Public Leadership (hfpl)- Reserved for accomplished individuals in the Corporate, Education, Medical, Religious, Political, and other domains of public leadership. Individuals may apply or be nominated for this. There is no Induction fee chargeable; however, individuals are required to make minimum Endowment Donation of N500k.
Distinguished Fellow in Public Leadership (dfpl), with different specialties - Reserved for accomplished individuals in the Corporate, Education, Medical, Religious,Political, and other domains of public leadership. Individuals may apply or be nominated for this.There is no induction fee chargeable; however, individuals are required to a minimum Endowment Donation of N1m.
NOTE: There are no annual membership renewal fees if you are inducted.
