Annapolis Valley Apple Blossom Festival Vendor Form 2023

Vendor Application and License   

*License is to be displayed and visible at all times. You are responsible to abide by all municipal/provincial  health and safety by-laws. Failure to abide by these or any other stipulated conditions will result in this license  being revoked immediately without reimbursement. AVABF is not responsible for products/items in or around  concession(s). 

*Licensee/Vendor is responsible to clean area of all debris (garbage, etc.) at the end of the event. Provide  garbage bins for general public as is required by safety by-laws.  

*We do NOT supply electricity; all vendors must bring a generator for all power needs. Light posts within the Town of Kentville is not available for electricity usage. 

Food vendors must contact Food Safety Specialist: Seamus Macneil, 902-774-0788, Food Protection &  Enforcement, Food Safety Address: 136 Exhibition Street, Kentville, NS email: seamus.macneil@novascotia.ca. Please provide AVABF with food vendor license/permit number from Department of Agriculture. Refunds will NOT be issued for vendors who have not obtained their food permit. 

Payments must be made at the time of application to confirm your site; payments can be made in person at  our office via cash or cheque or via e-transfer to info@appleblossom.com. Payments are non refundable and non-transferable.  A copy of this information will be sent to you once your application has been received.
