This form shall be used to apply for entry into the Wakefield Independence Day Parade. You will be notified within 14 days if your application has been accepted

  • Section 1 is for all entries general information
  • Section 2 is for all Marching and Walking Acts
  • Section 3 is for all Floats and Trailer entries
  • Section 4 is for Vehicle entries
