Team leaders at Out of Zion are responsible for overseeing one class for the duration of the program.  We offer classes in drama, dance, drums, and arts & crafts.  Typically, a team of two or three volunteers shares the responsibility of creating and teaching a lesson with the goal of imparting that craft/talent.  Team leaders also work with their class on their portion of the Shine show.
Team leaders need to be available for all training and session dates.  Attendance is key in being able to prepare the lessons as well as provide consistency for the children.
