NOTE:  This is for our jury process. All artwork submissions MUST be delivered on drop-off dates: June 11, 1:00pm - 3:00pm or June 12, 11:00 – 1:00pm.

The $31.50 (GST Included) entry fee due with submission form. Payment methods options are E-Transfer to Email: rubertoostberggallerynews@gmail.com  or cheque. Please make cheques payable to Ruberto Ostberg Gallery.

On Saturday, July 8th, the Ruberto Ostberg Gallery will be hosting its artist-run pancake breakfast. This has proven to be a very popular event. All participating artists are strongly encouraged to volunteer!

•    Artist statement is due at the time of artwork drop-off.
•    Artwork must be clearly labeled and exhibition-ready (wire on back).
•    Exhibited artwork will be selected by a jury panel of industry peers.
•    Artists will be contacted ONLY if their work is NOT selected.
•    Unselected artwork must be picked up on June 14, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm 
•    Gallery sale commission rate is 50%
•    GST will be charged on all artwork sales.
•    Sale proceeds will be released to artist after all payments have cleared approx. 30 days from exhibition close.
•    Entry fee $31.50 per artist, GST included non-refundable (entry fee due when form is submitted)
