Completing this form does not serve as an agreement between yourself and Harlow's Haven Cat Rescue (HHCR) to accept your cat(s). The form serves to provide information about your cat to Harlow's Haven Cat Rescue, to determine if HHCR is able to provide assistance.

Assistance may come in the following forms:
-Courtesy post on HHCR website and social media.
-Foster to adopt, if a suitable foster home is available.
-Networking with other rescues.
-Provide resources for surrendering your cat.
-Housed at our adoption center (coming soon)

Your honest answers are necessary to ensure the best possible outcome. This will assist us in determining how we may help you.
