Meal Order Form for Wildcat Online Academy
The El Dorado School District provides breakfast and lunch for all students enrolled in our district.  

A VALID LUNCH NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR EACH STUDENT AND VERIFICATION ON THE WOA LIST.

The meals will include 5 days worth of breakfast items and 5 frozen meals for lunch unless one of the days of the week we are out of school. The frozen meals will include storage and re-heating instructions.  

**Please bring an insulated bag to aid in keeping the food at the correct temperature.**

Reserve meals on Mondays by 11:59pm for the following Friday's pick-up. Use one form per student.

Pick up is in the bus lane at Retta Brown Elementary School 505 Dixie Drive,  Fridays from 9am-11am.
