A Service Evaluation of the Provision of Palliative Parenteral Nutrition to Patients with Advanced Malignancy in the United Kingdom
The primary aim of this questionnaire is to explore the provision of palliative parenteral nutrition to patients with advanced malignancy. A secondary aim of this questionnaire is to determine current palliative parenteral nutrition discharge pathways employed at UK hospitals.

Your opinion is very important to us and will be used to help inform the development of a consensus guideline to assist clinicians in identifying and initiating palliative parenteral nutrition to this patient cohort in the future. It is important that this questionnaire is completed as accurately as possible.

Completing this questionnaire should take no longer than 15 minutes.

No personally identifiable information will be collected by this survey (i.e information provided will be anonymous) so any results or published material from this research project could not be used to identify you. Due to data collected being anonymous, there will be no opportunity to withdraw any data provided by yourself following submission.
