All D1 Tournaments are listed below. Please read each event descriptions in full, as they may differ in: location, type of event and compensation. Once you sign up for events the State UIC or Event UIC will contact you directly to confirm your participation. IF you no longer can participate in the event please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer that spot to another fellow Umpire.

D1 Prospects Travel Policy and Pay:
Travel pay is no longer provided as a standard. Any travel pay offered will be communicated through the Assigning UIC per event.
Hotel Policy:
Hotels will generally be provided for those that travel over 100 miles from home and are working a full day (5 games or more). Lodging will be booked as a double occupancy.
NO PETS - if you bring a pet you will be responsible for your own room and will be credited a Lodging Per Diem at the end of the event (must book with our lodging partner to receive this rate, per diem is determined by the Event Director).
SPOUSES/PARTNERS/FAMILIES - those who choose to travel with family will be responsible to book their own room and will be credited a lodging Per Diem at the end of the event (must book with our lodging partner to receive this rate, per diem is determined by the Event Director). If for any reason you are unable to fulfill your agreed upon duties/games and must leave or are suddenly unable to work the remainder of your scheduled games - you will be responsible for your portion of the hotel fee (you must forfeit 1 whole day or up to 4 games for this to be in effect and will be deducted from paycheck at that event and further events until paid)
Umpires who choose to travel with extra guests or pets will not receive more than 1/2 of the lodging costs for their stay AND will receive NO lodging per diem for extra days that are deemed unnecessary by the event Director
*Typically any umpire who has games that start before 11am or end after 4pm will be provided a room the day before the event starts and a day following the conclusion of the event (IE Thursday-Sunday). *unless they are located within a reasonable driving distance of 200 miles or less.
*We negotiate and book lodging months in advance. If your lodging needs change, and you do not give more that 5 days notice you will be responsible for any hotel fees incurred.

D1 Registration:
- All Umpires and Staff must pass a background check.
- Registration is $50 per umpire
- Umpire under the age of 18 must have parents/guardians sign
- Optional Accident Medical for D1Prospects Only events (optional $15)
- additional ALL association Accident Medical Insurance is an additional $25
- Registration Link will be emailed to you upon completion of this form
