1.填寫基本資料
2.完成線上測驗，且成績高於85分。
3.將於2周內以e-mail通知使用者分數，若無通過請與中心聯繫，進行現場考核。
1. Please complete the basic information and watch the online video.
2.Complete the Online Test, with a pass score of 85 .
3.After passing the Online Test(test score will be email to you), contact Ms. Tang (#7154) to take the on-site assessment.
4.The LAC Attendance Certificate will be email to you, if you passed the Online Test.
