Consultations will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis. If we can't fit you in on the first occasion, we will try to add you another.

When you receive the email invitation to the consultation, please click on "yes" to confirm that you still want the meeting or we may assume that you wish to free up the space for somebody else.

For the consultation, please ensure you are somewhere private and have an internet connection on your device.

Mac/PC: so long as your system is up-to-date with regular system updates, you need no additional software. The meeting will open in your browser.

Mobile devices/Tablets: please click on the Join Meeting link in your invitation email 5 minutes before the meeting time and follow instructions to install the free app (unless you already have Google Meet).
