Opt-Out of COVID At Home Test Kits

Thanks to the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA), The Executive Office of Health and Human Services, and the Department of Public Health worked with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) as we provide at-home COVID-19 tests at no cost to public school districts, including charter schools, approved special education schools, and collaboratives. These tests are intended for use by students and staff to support the return to school process after Thanksgiving and Winter breaks.

We are able to provide every student with two tests. It is recommended tests be used no sooner than 24 hours prior to returning to school after these holiday breaks. The tests are Flow Flex (single kits) which expire on January 20,2023. We will send these home via backpack with students. This is only a recommendation and meant a s an option for families. We ask that families continue to follow COVID guidelines from the state to ensure the safety and wellness of our school community.

Please use the following form to opt-out of receiving the tests. You need to fill out this form only if you wish to NOT receive these tests. Please respond no later than Monday, November 21st as we will be distributing the tests on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week.
