-$50 deposit due at time of booking
-$100 security deposit due in the form of a check 7 days prior to scheduled party to be returned after party if no damage has been done or extra clean up needed
-Guests cannot bring in beer, coolers will be checked
-Beer can be pre-purchased at $1 per beer
-When member leaves, guests must leave also
-Member must check out with manager on duty before leaving or $100 security deposit is forfeited
-Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area. If guests are found smoking outside of that designated area the $100 security deposit will not be returned at the end of the party.

I understand that when I leave my non member guests must leave as well (please initial) *

I understand that I am responsible for cleaning up after my party and making sure all tables and areas used are free of trash and decorations (please initial) *

I understand that smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area and if my guests are found smoking outside of the designated smoking area my $100 security deposit is forfeited (please initial) *

I understand that if my guests have to repeatedly be reminded of the rules by any board members, management or staff they may be asked to leave (please initial) *

I understand that I must check out with the manager on duty before leaving or my $100 security deposit is forfeited (please initial) *

I hereby agree to indemnify and hold Brookwood Swim Club and its employees free and harmless of any and all demands, causes of action or any other claims whatsoever for damage to property, or injury, or death to persons, arising out of, or connected with, the rental and use of the premises by myself and all persons attending the event (Please type your full name and date) *
