This activity is a LEADER TRAINING implemented in the frame of the ESC projects "Greening the present, Saving the future"
is ADDRESSED TO youth leaders and youth workers active in their own local realities with few experiences in multicultural contexts or with intercultural groups

AIMED AT improving skills and non formal tools useful for be active in the youth sector, and to enhance the role of facilitators or leader in non-formal contexts such as workcamps, youth exchanges, volunteering projects, etc.
