Freshman Seminar New Mentor Application 2023
Hi Everybody!
You are filling out this form as a potential Freshmen Seminar Mentor for the 2023-2024 school year. Please note that you should be an incoming junior or senior (Class of 2024 or 2025). Freshmen Seminar Mentorship is a significant time commitment during the first semester of the year.  You will be mentoring a class of 20-30 freshmen during the A or B portion of your lunch period. It will require hands-on activities, presentations, and discussion. You will be assigned a mentor teacher who will evaluate you at the end of the semester. You can earn up to 40 hours (depending on your evaluation) of Community Service towards graduation cords.

If you are interested in this opportunity, please take a few minutes to fill out the form below. If you have further questions, please reach out (email: sideran@sd308.org). Please submit this by Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023.

Details are subject to change, so please be patient and flexible. Thank you for your interest!
