2024 Food Vendor Application  
Welcome to Tallahassee Bike Fest! This application is for exhibit/vendor space at the 2024 Tallahassee Bike Fest, taking place April 11-14. Once completed and electronically signed, this document becomes an agreement between the applicant and Tallahassee Bike Fest for the use of the space.

No specific location or site is ever guaranteed. All spaces are outside. No phone reservations or mailed application will be accepted and there are NO GUARANTEED reservations until paid in full. Upon acceptance of your application, a confirmation will be sent to you. Spaces will be assigned on a first paid, first-reserved basis and at the discretion of TBF. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Exhibit fees will include space rental, taxes, and fees. Your location will be assigned prior to arrival. 

All applications are subject to approval by Tallahassee Bike Fest. Applications are reviewed weekly.

A 50% deposit will be invoiced upon the receipt and approval of this application. You may choose to pay electronically or via check. Vendors with incomplete applications as of April 1, 2024 may forfeit their previously reserved space, and spaces are subject to resale after this date. You will be invoiced for the remainder at a later date and the deadline for us to receive your final payment is April 1, 2024.

*All prices include booth space, vendor parking, taxes, and applicable fees. Pricing DOES NOT include cost of electricity and other additional needs. 

Prices are effective through March 1, 2024, and are subject to change after that date.
