Oregon Country Fair Ambiance Entertainment is looking for unique, colorful, interactive performers to wander the paths and create brief experiences of magic and wonder for fair goers. Stiltwalkers, dancers, clowns, acrobats, living art installations, improvisational actors, acoustic musicians, jugglers, magicians, and all manner of performance artists are encouraged to apply for our line up. Costuming and visual appeal are of particularly high importance for Ambiance performances.

The Oregon Country Fair is an annual gathering in the forest near Veneta, Oregon. The Fair creates events and experiences that nourish the spirit, explore living artfully and authentically on the earth, and transform culture in magical, joyous and healthy ways. The fair is a non-profit that thrives through community support and the commitment, generosity and support of thousands of crafts people, artists, entertainers and staff volunteers. Volunteerism is a core value of the Fair and this is reflected in the payment scale we can offer. Most entertainers attend because of the Fair’s reputation and a desire to experience and participate as a performer, amidst many other amazing artists, in this one-of-a-kind celebratory event.

Please fill out the application completely and provide promotional material that includes quality pictures and/or videos of your proposed performance. We are unable to consider applicants without such materials. Please be aware we get many more applicants than we have slots available.

Application deadline is February 15, 2022

We will contact you in April and May with booking decisions. Please do not contact the OCF office to confirm receipt of your application or its status

All submissions become property of the Oregon Country Fair.

The Oregon Country Fair will be requiring proof of full and up to date Covid 19 vaccination for all Fair 2022 entertainers, artists and presenters who are eligible as defined by the CDC to receive a Covid 19 vaccine. Please do not apply this year unless you will be able to meet this requirement.
