Each workshop participant will be asked to learn a set of pieces that will guide the course of learning for The Conductor’s Toolbox track. Every conductor *must* agree to learn & prepare all of the scores to a very high level for the best learning experience for everyone. Learn all vocal parts, consider conducting challenges (even if you are not conducting), study language/translations, etc. in addition to making sure that you can sing your own vocal part strongly and contribute fully.
