We are wanting to move to having a school sunhat this year.  Ideally we would like children to purchase a school sunhat (one that is wide brimmed and meets the recommendations of the NZ Cancer Society).  

We expect every child to wear a sun hat in terms 1 and 4 and children who do not have one will be requested to play in the shade.

To purchase a school Sunhat for $10, please fill in the form below. (You will need to fill in a form for each child)

On completion of this form and receipt of $10, the Sunhat will be labelled and handed to your child at school.
