P³D: Request to Present a PD Workshop

Palomar Purposeful Professional Development (P³D) is open for all Palomar employees.

Please fill-out this form and the PD Office will schedule your workshop. PLEASE submit your request at least 2 weeks before your workshop as it can take up to 5 business days to have your training session set up.

Workshop Title/Description:
If this is a similar workshop to a workshop held previously, please continue to use the previous workshop title/description.

Workshop Room/Location:
Events should be virtual or HyFlex (physical location and concurrent Zoom meeting) in order to offer the best access, inclusiveness, and equity to all our constituency. If your workshop needs a special room reservation (STEM Lab, for example), do let us know in the special requests.

We recommend that you use a recurring zoom room, here are instructions for setting up a recurring meeting in Zoom (be sure it is not set to a fixed time).

Please include the Zoom link for your session. This room will be used for ALL sessions you offer, so be sure it is setup as a recurring meeting with no fixed time. If you selected the PD office zoom account, we will set it up for you in the P³D portal.

HyFlex room reservation

Note: Only select option 1, if you have gone through the steps to have an internal reservations account at facilitron. For more instructions visit: Facilitron for Palomar Employees.
