23-24 Refund Student Lunch Account Balance 
 YOU MUST FILL OUT A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH STUDENT.   You will be given an option to submit another form after submitting this one.  

If your student still attends a DCSD school, and the amount of the refund is under $5.00, please consider having your student spend the money in the account instead of requesting a check.  We offer numerous ala carte selections at most schools starting at $.50.  

IF YOU HAVE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS SET UP IN MY SCHOOL BUCKS, PLEASE LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND DISABLE THE AUTO-PAY.  When autopay is disabled, it will cause MySchoolBucks to show a zero balance.  The zeroed out balance does not reflect the actual balance of the student account.  Your refund amount will be the current amount in the lunch account when the refund is processed. 

If your student will be in the district next year, any funds in the account will roll over to the following school year and you do not need to do anything.
